HOW CAN I BUY ONE OF THE ITEMS?
Making a purchase is easy. Simply select an item form the shop, choose the desired colour and size and add it into the shopping cart. You can access the Shopping Cart clicking the icon in the menu panel. When your selection is done simply press the checkout button and fill in the requested information to complete the order.
Creating an account in D2Line.com will boost your shopping experience and will give you more satisfaction and functionalities.
I CAN NOT LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?
If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot password” link on the My D2Line account – Personal information page. After providing the requested information you will receive an email with a new password. For further assistance you can contact us. ([email protected])
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You can track your order and check the status at any time. If you are a registered customer you can find the information in My D2Line Account -> Orders -> Track order. If you are a non-registered user, follow the link you received via email and track your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If the order has been confirmed you can not cancel it. However, the order can be returned as described in our Return Policy
WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
You can cancel your contract and request a refund within 14 days after you received your order.Once you have submitted the refund request, you will receive an email confirming that we have processed your request.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES D2LINE ACCEPT?

HOW WILL I KNOW IF D2LINE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
You will receive the confirmation email from D2Line no later than 48 hours after the order has been placed.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER WITH ANOTHER ITEM?
Unfortunately you can not exchange the item. You may return a purchase to get a refund and place a new order for other item(s) you may like. For more information you can check our Return policy.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The purchased products shall be delivered by DHL Express Worldwide. The delivery time takes between 1-3 working days for countries in the EU.To track your order you can visit the DHL website by clicking here.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
You have 14 days from receiving the order to cancel the contract. After that you have an- other 14 days to return the products to us.

For registered users:

  • Create a return request in My Account/My Orders section
  • Book with DHL your complimentary collection
  • Return your order back to us

For guest users, please go to the bottom of the Return policy page and click on the return button. Fill in the requested information.

Please note that the item/s must be returned in the same condition as received – unworn, unwashed, not modified and with all the labels and accessories attached.
