Delivery & Returns



We work with DHL Express Worldwide to deliver your order. The delivery takes between 1-3 working days for countries in the EU.

You can track your order and check the status at any time.

Registered customer

Login to your My D2line account. You will find the information about your order under My D2Line Account -> Orders -> Track order.

Guest customer

When your order is shipped, we send you an email with a tracking number to be able to check where your order is. Just follow the link you received via email and track your order.

You can return your order within 14 days after you have used your right to cancel. Our returns are free of charge and are arranged through DHL Express Worldwide.

Registered customer

Follow those easy steps to return your order:

  1. Log in to your My D2line account.
  2. Look for your order in My D2Line Account -> Orders. Then,  create a return request.
  3. Once it is created, book with DHL your free collection
  4. Once we have received the order and checked it, we will proceed with the refund
