D2Line uses for standard delivery DHL Express Worldwide. All products will be delivered on working days (excl. Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays) within 1 to 2 working days for Europe, for other countries up to 3 working days.
Once the order has been processed, you will receive an email with confirmation for shipping. For tracking your order you can visit MY D2L Account or simply click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation mail. For further assistance you can contact us in the customer care section.
For non EU deliveries the client takes responsibility for the payment of any customs fees or taxes.
You can make a return within 14 days after you have cancelled your contract.
To make a return you should visit MY D2L Account and follow the steps. If you are non registered user, please go to the bottom of the Return policy page and click on the return button. Fill in the requested information.
You can send the product/s back using the pre-paid DHL label added in the product’s complimentary box and contact DHL for pick-up.
Please note that we shall not refund products that show evident signs of use (damage, odours), products that lack original tags, products which are missing parts or accessories attached to them originally, i.e. belts, laces, provided on delivery.
The refund will be made using the same method of payment used by you in the initial transaction.
