In the past, it was a measurement of a lady’s status in society, nowadays, it is a portrayal of her success. And indeed, it has walked a long way. Going through ages and eras, fashion metamorphosed into what it is today – bold and daring, perfectly depicting modern females’ concerns and ambitions.

The Artist

As a celebration of this, we created The Artist – a collection inspired by the city and all women that strive within it. With a touch of the trends followed by Parisian gallerists in the ’50s, The Artist is a true manifestation of 21st-century fashion – a highlight of the present, with a hint of the past.

It discovers new shapes and volumes by employing asymmetric designs, which are feminine, contemporary, and captivating, yet versatile and suitable to fit into every busy woman’s hectic agenda. The prints are influenced by the art of urban architectural corners and mix geometrical and paintbrush patterns that complement the silhouettes perfectly. The colors are vivid but not too intense.

The fabrics are made of fine materials, mindfully selected to convey the collection’s idea. High-quality chiffon, cotton, satin, silk, and virgin wool contribute to the sophisticated looks of the pieces, and small details make them one of a kind.

Returning to Femininity

The Artist is not only an exhibition of modern woman’s independence, but also a reminder of her femininity. Too often, throughout their journey to success, working twice as hard, women forget to be women, settling for practicality and leaving femininity aside. D2Line’s mission is to combine the comfortable with the elegant and supply the fashion industry with clothes that do not limit females to a single purpose.

Instead, our lines celebrate them in all they do – chasing after a career, achieving goals, and being mothers and wives altogether.
