D2Line: Inside the Brand and What Drives us Forward

D2Line is a brand created by women for women. We strived to create a brand which understands and appreciates the depths and nuances of modern femininity and bring them to life with the help of fashion.

In our eyes, true style is a reflection of your genuine self, not a flashy trend. In fact, we believe that the clothes you wear help build your own personal brand. They have the power to boost your confidence and help bring out your very best version forward. What you wear shapes how you feel — so wearing clothes you love is a powerful conduit for joy. This belief is embodied by our founder Daniela, who longed for a womenswear line that was offered her something more than just safe, unimaginative basics. She envisioned a clothing brand that would not only capture, but amplify all facets of the modern woman: her drive, her ambition, her femininity, her passion, her softness. Designs that felt interesting yet timeless; that affirmed her presence; yet that she could feel completely at home in. And this is how D2Line came to life.

The Women

We like to think that we are more than just a company. We are a community of creative, smart and driven women, from all walks of life. Women united by the same concept — that of fearless self-expression.

Within our atelier in Sofia, Bulgaria, we work to design contemporary, thoughtfully-made garments that feel special no matter how many times you’ve worn them. That is made possible by our incredible close-knit team, who are the builders of D2Line. Armed with extensive knowledge about fashion, fueled by passion and driven by perfectionism these women help bring the brand to life. Guided by Daniela’s vision, our designers create pieces defined by bold colours, comfortable cuts, and captivating details. Clothes that flatter. Garments that move. Pieces that magnify your confidence.

The Designs

Architecture is a common thread in our designs. We look for clean lines, vivid colours, impressive yet functional structures. Our clothes are made to last and are created with the utmost attention detail. Just like a well thought architectural masterpiece.

We like to think that every single piece in our collections takes you on a journey. One of bold lines, silhouettes, colours and patterns. A journey to your own self-expression. However, the biggest inspiration has always been the determined woman. The woman who is in charge. In charge of growth, her own life, career, emotions, with a sense of purpose and belonging to a bigger idea.

The Principals

The fit always comes first, but the fabric should never be second. It’s a play of balance and a carefully thought of and detailed process. Because nothing comes out good when it’s rushed.
Our D2Line atelier is proudly based in the outskirts of Sofia – away from the hustle and bustle of the city, closer to nature and inspiration with enough space to move and think freely. The fabrics are sourced from France and Italy, where we partner with small premium fabric houses with great history and deep roots.

Playing on the dualities of femininity, each of our designs presents a subtle interaction between softness and strength, trend and timelessness, versatility and uniqueness. Our conviction? The best wardrobe isn’t the one that reflects what’s ‘in’ right now, but the one that helps you connect with your most authentic, joyful self.
